Message from the President

Hi I’m Candice Graf, president of Homerun Securities. I started Homerun because frankly, I was sick and tired of people getting ripped off in their investments. I have been in the Real Estate Business for many years and have been extremely successful, working all aspects from single residential and multi-family to land acquisitions, subdivisions and building. During this time I recognized the potential of profits that can be made in Real Estate and weighed those profits against the mediocre returns that people are accustomed to receiving (only because they don’t know any better). This really boiled my blood. There are countless “companies” out there making a fortune off the everyday person and giving disgustingly low returns, all the while protecting their butts over the investors.

The “Golden Rule” of our business.

My team and I created Homerun Securities on a business model based on the good old “Golden Rule”: Treat others how you want to be to be treated. In other words, if we were the investor, how would we expect a company to protect our best interests and what reward would we feel is fair for putting up our hard earned dollars. Every product we’ve developed, right from the properties we build, to the investments we offer, are geared towards the safety and protection of our clients. You will be refreshed to find that Homerun is different than any other Real Estate investment company you will encounter.
